For consistency, reliability, and affordability the SCCY CPX-2 RD pistol meets your concealed carry needs. The CPX-2 RD is a hammer fired, double-action only, semi-automatic pistol with a 10+1 capacity. The barrel is made from tough bar stock steel and the slide is made from billet stainless steel. The receiver is machined from 7075-T6 billet aluminum. Zytel polymer, with ergonomic finger grooves and integral recoil cushion back-strap make up the frame. The CPX-2 RD has consistent 9 lb double-action trigger pull and an inertial firing pin which only moves when struck by the hammer. For lightning fast target acquisition and target engagement the CPX-2 RD features a Crimson Trace CTS-1500 with a 3.5 MOA red dot. The 3.5 MOA red dot is easy to see in all lighting conditions with the auto-dimming feature. There is a integrated rear back-up sight in the event the unit should fail.
